Project: McDonough Storage
\nThe McDonough Storage project encompassed a wide range of site development activities. We began by demolishing an existing single-family home and clearing 3 acres of trees to prepare the site. Our team then proceeded with grading and utility installation for a three-story storage building on Jonesboro Road in McDonough, GA. The project also involved significant DOT right-of-way work, which included installing a portion of the storm system and grading a deceleration lane and sidewalks. On-site, we installed storm and sewer facilities, featuring an underground pond. Additionally, we implemented a domestic and fire water system, which required a challenging 120-foot bore under Jonesboro Road. This comprehensive site development project effectively prepared the location for the construction of a modern storage facility while addressing local infrastructure requirements.
