The Ashley Park project in Newnan, GA, demonstrated our expertise in executing complex site development within an active, high-traffic commercial environment. This project involved the expansion of an extremely busy shopping center, requiring meticulous planning and execution to minimize disruption to ongoing retail operations. Our team skillfully managed the grading operations for multiple building pads, creating stable foundations for new structures while seamlessly integrating them into the existing shopping center layout. In addition to the building preparations, we conducted extensive grading work for new parking lots, enhancing the center’s capacity to accommodate increased visitor traffic. The project’s scope extended beyond earthwork to include comprehensive utility installations. We implemented new water service connections to support the additional buildings, ensuring adequate supply for various commercial needs. A significant aspect of the utility work involved the installation of sewer services, notably including six grease traps to meet the specific requirements of food service establishments within the shopping center. The sewer system was further enhanced with the strategic placement of 42 sewer cleanouts, facilitating easy maintenance and long-term operational efficiency. Throughout this multifaceted project, our team showcased their ability to work efficiently in a bustling commercial setting, balancing the needs of ongoing business operations with the demands of significant site expansion.
