\nThe Stay Apt Suites project in Newnan, Georgia, exemplified our comprehensive approach to site development for hospitality construction. Our team undertook the complete preparation of a site adjacent to an active neighborhood for the construction of a new extended stay hotel. The project commenced with careful clearing operations, mindful of the proximity to existing residences. Following this, we executed precise grading work to establish the ideal foundation for the hotel complex. A standout feature of this project was the installation of a large underground pond, showcasing our expertise in innovative stormwater management solutions. Our scope extended to the implementation of a full range of utility systems, including storm drainage, sewer lines, domestic water supply, and fire suppression infrastructure. The site development also encompassed the meticulous grading for building pads, ensuring a stable base for the hotel structure. Additionally, we shaped the terrain to accommodate sidewalks, access roads, and parking lots, creating a fully functional and accessible hospitality environment.
