Project: Woodland Grove

\n

The Woodland Grove project involved comprehensive site development for a townhome complex in Tucker, GA. Our team executed extensive grading operations, which included preparing building pads for seven structures, each containing five units, as well as shaping the terrain for internal roadways and sidewalks. This substantial earthwork required the strategic relocation of 27,000 cubic yards of soil within the site. A key feature of the project was the installation of a large retention pond, complete with a cast-in-place retaining wall incorporating an integrated outlet control structure. The scope of work extended to the implementation of a complete utility infrastructure. This encompassed the installation of all storm drainage systems, a comprehensive sewer network featuring a force main and lift station, and a full water service system. The water system was designed to meet both domestic needs and fire protection requirements for the entire complex. Throughout the project, our team demonstrated expertise in managing complex site logistics and integrating multiple construction elements to create a fully prepared site for the Woodland Grove townhome community.
