Project: Jimmy Carter

\nThe Jimmy Carter project in Norcross, Georgia, exemplified our expertise in comprehensive site development for storage facility construction. This complex undertaking began with significant earthwork operations to establish the ideal foundation for the structure. Our team skillfully managed the import of 1,500 cubic yards of soil to elevate the site, while also executing a cut-to-fill operation involving 5,500 cubic yards of earth. This precise grading work ensured the entire site was brought to the correct elevation for the building pad, parking areas, and Department of Transportation (DOT) right-of-way entrance. The project’s scope extended beyond earthwork to include the installation of a complete utility infrastructure. We implemented a dedicated fire line to ensure safety compliance, installed domestic water services for operational needs, and established sewer connections. A full storm system was also put in place, incorporating roof drains to effectively manage water runoff from the facility. Throughout the project, our team demonstrated their ability to coordinate multiple aspects of site development, from large-scale earth moving to intricate utility installations, resulting in a fully prepared site ready for the construction of the storage facility.\n
